Wrist sprain hand therapy - recovered

I am so grateful for the wrist sprain hand therapy program I underwent in Singapore with SG Pain Relief. Before starting this treatment, I was experiencing a lot of discomfort and pain in my wrists which made it hard to work, hard to carry my kids, and it was hard to simply even change clothing!
I had a cortisoen injection to my wrist, and that brought the pain down...for a few weeks, but the pain came back soon after. That's when I decided to go to them for wrist hand therapy.
Frankly, at the start of the program, I didn’t know what to expect as this was my first time engaging in hand physiotherapy. But, thanks to the professional and friendly staff at SG Pain Relief, my fears were quickly dispelled.
They clearly explained everything: what my wrist pain was caused by (dang tendons!), what they planned to do and what results I could expect after treatment, helping me feel more at ease throughout the entire process.
After each session, there was a little more pain than usual, but after a couple days later, i noticed a marked improvement in how my wrists felt - not only did the pain go down (i wish it was immediate but its more like gradual decrease and improvement) but also my wriste range and mobility had increased due to stretching exercises tailored specifically for me that were easy and effective.
I'm glad to say that after completing this wrist sprain hand physiotherapy program through SG Pain Relief, I have almost full range of movement again and no longer experience any pain or discomfort in my wrists.
It has been a life-changing experience for me and nothing short of a miracle! Im so grateful for pain-less wrist
